Sepak Takraw
The Sepak Takraw Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) provides students with the opportunity to explore and master sepak takraw, a traditional and dynamic sport originating from Southeast Asia

Known for its fast-paced and skillful play, sepak takraw combines elements of soccer and volleyball, where players use their feet, knees, chest, and head to pass a rubberised-plastic ball over a net. This CCA aims to develop students' technical skills, strategic understanding, and teamwork through regular practice and competitive play.
Objectives
Skill Development: To enhance students' proficiency in sepak takraw techniques, including ball control, serving, spiking, and blocking.
Physical Fitness: To improve students' overall physical fitness, agility, and coordination through the demands of the sport.
Teamwork and Strategy: To teach students effective teamwork, communication, and strategic play in both individual and team settings.
Cultural Appreciation: To promote an understanding and appreciation of sepak takraw as a traditional sport with cultural significance in Southeast Asia.
Curriculum and Activities
